Targeted support so young women, persons with disabilities, rural communities and low-income households can take part and succeed.
Training scholarships, transport support, learning stipends and internet bundles that make attendance possible.
Local-language awareness, regional roadshows, community mobilisation and onboarding through trusted local partners.
Digital catalogues, online service delivery and market readiness for small enterprises, cooperatives (SACCOS, AMCOS) and community groups.
