Ujuzi Initiative

Impact

What we aim for, and what we achieve

We publish our targets and, as results come in, what has actually been achieved — with the date and the source. A figure without a result is always labelled as a target.

Our first cohorts are being prepared. The figures below are the targets we have committed to; results will be added here, with their source and date, as they are measured.

Measurement

How we measure

  • A baseline for every cohort: digital skills, employment status and income before training.
  • Completion, competence badges and first earnings recorded on the Ujuzi-Tu platform, with consent.
  • Results broken down by gender, age, region and disability, so no group is left behind unseen.
  • Independent monitoring and evaluation support, and annual reports approved by our Board.
